From configurator to first cup of tea in the new room
No months of disruption, no crew in your garden. Here is exactly what happens, start to finish.

Configure and price it online
Use the configurator to set the structure, size, cladding colour, roof style, windows and doors. The price updates as you go, so there is no waiting on a quote and no sales call needed to find out what it costs.

Talk it through with us
Send us your spec and we will look over it with you: access to the garden, ground conditions, where the doors are best facing, whether the insulation tier matches how you plan to use the room. This part is free and there is no obligation.

Place your order with a deposit
Once you are happy, the order goes in with a deposit and the balance follows before delivery. We will confirm the exact deposit figure for your build when you order.

Manufacture and delivery, around three weeks
Your components are CNC cut to your spec and delivered flat-packed, typically within three weeks of ordering. We will agree a delivery day with you and talk through what access is needed beforehand.

Groundwork: simpler than you would think
The adjustable post foundation system levels itself on uneven or sloping ground, so there is no concrete base to lay. You need a reasonably clear, firm area to work on.

Build it yourself in two to five days
Two people, printed instructions and step-by-step videos. Signature SIPs typically go up in one to three days, ToughFrame and ToughFrame Pro in four to five. If you would rather not build it, a local carpenter or handyman can follow the same instructions. We do not run our own installation crew, and we would rather be straight with you about that than pretend otherwise.

Fit out and enjoy it
Add the electrical pack, internal panelling or flooring in Chestnut Oak, Light Oak or Oak. Then it is just a room. We are still here afterwards if anything comes up.
